This paper focuses on a literature review to achieve the goal of constructing a theoretical framework for communities of practice.

I really like the learning theories section of this paper and how the author relates the different theories to CoP. Thanks for posting this

I too really enjoyed the section on learning theories and how the different learning theories are connected to communities of practice. The paper discussed several learning theories that I am unfamiliar with, but by tying them back to communities of practice it made clear connections for me.

Hello! I enjoyed reading this article and found it beneficial for it to list the main features of communities of practice. I like that it specifies in the "domain" portion that individuals within communities of practice must have a shared group of interests. It also emphasizes that a commitment to a common goal is important. This is a powerful read. Thanks for sharing.
