This articles talks about how technology has helped with students with disabilities and educational benefits of software that has been created. It gives information about Web 2.0. The articles also talks about the benefits of blogging and how blogging is used in schools and also with writing assignments. Wikis are also mentioned describing how they can be used in the classroom to even boost self-esteem in students learning disabilities.

This article states how important it is that American know how to use technology and understand technology in the real-world. How technology learning should start in kindergarten and be integrated in all subjects throughout schooling.

Students will write a descriptive paragraph about a fictional dinosaur character using writing process steps and extend their writing with illustration and Word Art title. Teachers in grades 3-5 can introduce the fun and easy tech integration aspects of this lesson into a writing lesson of their own.

Digital Scavenger Hunt, the great thing about this project is that they can go on a scavenger hunt on anything you want them to. They could also do it at home of they had the proper resources (digital cameras)

Mymoney.gov is a joint project on financial literacy run by a number of branches of government, most notably the Federal Reserve. There are a lot of calculators available as help with investing and mortgages and stuff that would be appropriate for a high school economics class.

This webquest deals with the homeless issue in America: what its causes are, what services are available, and even includes a small service-learning component. It's a WebQuest that reaches outside of the classroom and the computer.

This webquest deals with the Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart. According to the creator: "First, learners will research the context categories for this novel. Next,the learners will synthesize their research by creating five-question interviews between a category expert and an interviewer. Finally, the learners will present their research to the rest of the class as they conduct the interview." I like WebQuests that go outside of the computer.
