This interactive art tour centres on a painting of Venus by the famous Italian Renaissance artist Titian, which has recently been acquired on behalf of the people of Scotland. It hangs in the National Gallery of Scotland. The tour is mainly aimed at young people, but will appeal to art lovers of all ages. It explores western artists' fascination with the nude female body from ancient to modern times. It also links this artistic interest to long-term attitudes to women within our society.
