As a parent and PTO President I found this article very interesting. It discuss' how budget cuts have made it harder for schools to operate and get money for the extra programs that keep students interested. It gave a few examples of ways to raise money without doing the cookie cutter fundraisers.

This article is about how teachers have become dissatisfied with the way they are being evaluated. What's worse is that the evaluations are coming at a time when budgets are being slashed and layoffs are up.
