    Pre-training
    1. YouTube
    https://www.youtube.com/
This is a free video uploading website. I intend on making a PowerPoint video that I download to YouTube to assist with teaching the pre-training information. YouTube is easy to use and produces a great product.
    2. Socrative
    http://www.socrative.com
This is a free student response system. The system is functional with various technologies because it is internet based. The particular option that I would use is called an easy ticket. The easy ticket would state "Today I learned _____________. I need to learn ________________." I then intend on using the information collected to create a word cloud using http://www.wordle.net/ to demonstrate what was learned and the thoughts about what needed to be learned during the Presentation portion of the workshop.
    Graphic organizer
    1. Mind42
    http://mind42.com/
This is a free online graphic organizer that is versatile. The user can insert pictures, have text boxes, and/or create lines that link information. This graphic organization tool allows for dual coding of information. In addition, it is easy to use.
    2. SpiderScribe
    http://www.spiderscribe.net/
This online graphic organizer also comes in a free version. The interactivity of this graphic organizer is wonderful and would be very useful as a tool used during an online course. The creator can insert text boxes, interlink the text boxes, add pictures, word documents, maps, and calendars. The websites are also automatically hyperlinked. SpiderScribe produces quality products.
    Presentation
    1. Jing
    http://www.techsmith.com/jing-features.html
Jing will be the screencasting tool that I will use. This tool is downloaded onto the computer. Then the tool can be used to record what is seen on the computer screen along with a narration. This tool is free and there are not a bunch of add-ons that must be downloaded for it to work. It is very simple to use. Only complaint is that I don't think it can be edited. What you record is what you have.
    2. Edmodo
    https://www.edmodo.com/
Edmodo will be used during the conference to collaborate. The account is free. Users can create classrooms and share a code for students to use to join the class. The program can be used to collaborate with other peers. In addition, there are many functions such as polls that can be used. Edmodo does have apps that can be downloaded to mobile devices so that users can receive information immediately.
    Authentic Assessment
    1. Google docs
    docs.google.com/
This online program is a great free collaboration tool. Users can collaborate synchronously or asynchronously on word processor, spreadsheet, or presentation documents. You can see when other people are working on the document, because each person will show up as a different curser color. There is also the ability to leave comments and chat with people that are also working on documents. The product created is not as of high quality as Microsoft office; however, once the product is completed through Google Docs with collaboration the product can then be easily transformed into a Microsoft Office document.
    2. Wikispaces
    https://www.wikispaces.com/
This is another great free online collaboration tool. Users can create their own wiki pages and collaborate with others on their wiki spaces if given permission by the owner. Collaboration can be done synchronously or asynchronously. Wikispaces has multiple functions and is easy to use. Pages can contain various multimedia elements: video, audio, text, hyperlinks, pictures, etc.
