The Museum Box (Retrieved from http://museumbox.e2bn.org/index.php), is an online software as a service tool which enables users to gather objects related to a historical events or a specific point of view. It is said to provide the tools "to build up an argument or description of an event, person or historical period by placing items in a virtual box" (Retrieved from
http://museumbox.e2bn.org/index.php). The service is available on a subscription basis at the price of $99.00 per school per year.

Brief explanation for selection of Museum Box: First, the museum box is an excellent tool to collect and gather supporting historical materials. Second, it is quite affordable as it offers a free trial version. Third and last, the museum box is an effective, quick, and easy medium for authentic assessment in my Multimedia Technology Workshop for K-12 History Teachers.
