    Google Forms: https://support.google.com/drive/answer/87809?hl=en
Google Forms is part of the suite of online tools in Google Drive. Google Forms allows users to create online quizzes that can be used to pre-assess students' knowledge. Once students complete the pre-assessment, they can complete and anticipatory activity in which they answer predictive questions about course content. Google Forms is an effective tool because it enables the creator to access and analyze survey/quiz results in real time both graphically and in raw numbers/responses.

    Jing: http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html
Jing is a free online application that allows users to capture activity on their desktop as video. It is a screen-casting app. Users download it to their computers and use it to create short video tutorials. Jing is an excellent tool for pre-training because it is free, easy to use, and it enables instructors to create high quality tutorial videos.
