I believe that this is a student-centered learning because one could do the steps as she is explaining them when following along.

Users can interact and navigate through site to see how Skype could be advantageous to their own lives. I would consider this a technology-centered learning because it is simply explaining Skype itself and is not letting users interact.

It discusses ways to call, video conference, and instant message using Skype mobile.
