    YouTube is a great website to provide learners with videos on various topics to provide information. This site is also a good tool to use for pre-training on any subject and is very easy to use and navigate to get to different links. YouTube provides step-by-step instructions via video that can give learners background knowledge on unfamiliar subject matter.
    Wordle: www.wordle.net
    Wordle is one way to show visual text via a word cloud. This tool is a great way to help students understand concepts and meaning from difficult passages or word phrases. Wordle is easy to use by simply typing the words or passage into the tool and allowing it to create the word cloud. I found this site to be a great way and easy way to provide students with visual display of information.

    Bubbl and Mind42 are websites that organizes your thoughts using a graphic organizer. They are great tools that helps those who are visual learners using a mind map. Both sites are free to use and allow users to share their work with others. Mind42 allows users to incorporate pictures and drawing as a visual as well.

    AuthorStream allows users to convert their powerpoints to video and share them on the internet. Presentations are uploaded to the site and animations, slides, and audio narrations are converted to videos that can be embedded on blogs, wikis, YouTube, and other social media sites. AuthorStream is free to use and can be shared publically or for private viewers.

    Prezi is a presentation tool that is free to use and allows users to create, collaborate, and present presentation anywhere and anytime. Prezi is interactive and three dimensional view that brings presentations to life. Prezi is easy to use by completing slides similar to Powerpoint. Pictures and videos can be embedded in the presentation couple with a zoom feature that pans through the information with click of a button. Prezi can be used by learners to provide a visual story to any presentation.

    Authentic assessment activity

    This website allows students to use their cell phones and the internet to create presentations. This tool can be used to record, publish, and share your presentations for free via the internet. Yodio can be used for all levels of learning and provide and a great activity for authentic assessment. Many students currently use their cell phones to view videos and other sources of multimedia and can use it to enhance presentations using it with Yodio. Younger students can use their voice to narrate their presentations with pictures as well.
    GoAnimate: www.goanimate.com
    GoAnimate is a web tool that allows users to create animations by uploading images and audio files to site using existing templates. The site is free to use and users can make slideshows, digital stories and greeting cards with animation. Videos can be shared Facebook, YouTube, and other social media sites. GoAnimate is another tool that can serve as an activity for authentic assessment for student learning.
