This site describes the a shift in pedagogy to a more learner-centered educational approach. The shift began back in the 1990's and continues to evolve even today. As Dr. Mayer stated "Technology should be adapted to a way that is consistent with the way people learn." He also noted that exposure to information does not necessarily guarantee that a person will learn something.

This site is based more so on problem-based learning which is more in line with Mayer's Theory surrounding learner-centered education.
This site discusses the use of Wiki's as an asynchronous way for students to collaborate and learn on the internet. With the modification tools that wiki's provide and the ease of use even by non-technical students, I believe that wiki's are also in line with Mayer's Learner-Centered Educational Theory.
