Trouble with sticky notes - 1 views

  Isn't "sticky notes" under the TOOLS menu? Every time I click on TOOLS it asks me if I want to install the Toolbar which I've already done. No other options. Could this be due to network filters at school?

  IGNORE THE FIRST POST! With my new, yes NEW, computer (WOO HOO! 1st time using it for this class!) I am not running into any difficulty. Look out technology. Here I come!!
