ISTANBUL - According to the Turkish Statistical Institute's (TurkStat) Income and Living Conditions Survey, the richest 20 percent of Turkey's population earned 7.7 times more income than the poorest 20 percent in 2013 and 8 times more in 2012.

Romania has an account deficit that has increased substantially from this time last year. Romania's National Bank attributes this deficit growth to the increase in the trade balance deficit and the primary income balance deficit.
