Dear all, I am considering putting forward a proposal for one or two Special Issues of a water-focused, peer-reviewed journal (in the English language) as a Guest Editor. I have two topics in mind: 1) Papers that seek to assess the effectiveness of the river basin council model. and 2) Papers examining sanitation and wastewater from a multidisciplinary perspective. Each paper would be about 6,000-8,000 words. I am looking for both empirical papers and theoretical pieces.
