  Hello. These definitions are quite simple. I can say that the difference between these two positions is not so big.
  
  Recruitment is a broader term used for planning, recruitment strategy, job description to on boarding procedures i.e end to end process of hiring.
  
  Talent Acquisition is particular only for assessments, interviewing and selection of the candidates from talent pool.
