I was searching around a lot of these links posted to EDUC 525 but I have to say there was something about reading why RSS was important that really was eye opening. The power seems to lie in the ability to send it all to them instead of asking them to come and get it....I think the analogy was getting up to go down to the candy store or having the candy delivered to your door step. In terms of getting students attention, the most direct route is the better route.
