Website Description: Our site creator [Weebly] doesn't include a built-in way to add anchors to your site, but it's still very easy to do using some basic embeddable html. The short video below walks through the process and will show you how to make anchor links of your own in less than three minutes. I wanted to post this for those of you that become frustrated as I do with their own Weebly sites that have multiple topics, documents, etc. and you have to scroll through all the material to get to that one thing you wanted to see. Creating anchor links resolves this problem. In fact, you can direct those you want to view a particular topic or document by copying the link with the #title at the end of the URL. NOTE: You are not able to just copy and paste the code into the embedded code editor. It will not work unless you physically type it in. CODE:   where "title" is the name and keep in quotation marks

WebQuests are a great learning tool! Enjoy this site, it provides a strong framework of what WebQuests are and how to use them. There are even examples WebQuests.

This website is very helpful when looking for ideas to do in the classroom. There are activities for every age and subject. Some cost money and many are free. I've really enjoyed the things that I have found on this site.

This website offers multimedia tools that can be used in various contexts. The applications are user-friendly and engaging. The site includes everything from timers to interactive graphic organizers and everything in between. Check out their Fakebook feature - too cool!

Internet Archive is a non-profit digital library offering free universal access to books, movies & music, as well as 435 billion archived web pages. I used this site in an Emerging Trends class. We were learning about protecting our ideas.

I came across this site as a hub for classroom blog creation.

Whiteboards

The list of available suppliers of this technology was helpful. I went to the Mimeo site which had good videos of different features of their system, which seems to be cheaper than SMART. I read the idea of using these boards to record lessons for substitute teachers to use, which seemed a great way to not waste those substitute days.
