This article goes over the payment differences between Males and Females. The payments differences between the certain races of women and i think this is a good topic to go over since we are on the week of the girl. this goes over important facts that have a lot do to with our Civil rights as a while country.

Like I said in my brief description of my article, I feel like of all the Womens rights that are currently being violated, this is the least important. Typically (notice how I say typically) the female takes time off of work to raise the children and may miss work for 5-10 years. When they return, they then have less experience in the field, would you rather hire a lawyer with 15 years of experience and a deep resume, or a lawyer with 2 years of experience? Like I said this is the typicality of it, I'm not claiming that sexism doesn't exist, I'm just saying that there are other factors that contribute to the pay wage gap.
