http://www.oliversacks.com Anything from Oliver Sacks is worth its weight in gold! I was so sad when I heard he died last year. When teaching a neurology unit in psychology, there are so many short stories that one can use as supplemental reading for the class. The stories are fascinating as Dr. Sacks describes his patients with various neurological complications. He writes at a level that all can understand. His ability to educate the reader and draw us in with emotion and sense of humanity are truly wonderful. Many of his most famous patients (readings), one can also find him discussing on various Ted Talks.

I thought it was very shallow and lacked what I expected from an IB course. I reached out to a colleague from a neighboring school who passed this site along to me. When I received this website and spent time on it, I felt much more comfortable with my decision to teach IB Psychology SL next year.
