I find the following three sites very useful. There are classroom resources (videos, lesson and unit plans, revision guides) and opportunities to network/get ideas and feedback from other high school psychology teachers.
http://teachpsych.org/ebooks/index.php (I like it for the e-books. Since I living in Africa (first Mozambique and now Tanzania) it is VERY difficult to get resources. I often have to plan months ahead to purchase during holidays or I have to find someone returning from the UK or the USA to bring books back. Anything electronic is great!).
http://www.thinkib.net/psychology (essential for teaching IBDP)
http://www.apa.org/ed/precollege/topss/index.aspx (not IB specific, but tons of resources)
