    I wasn't sure if it was appropriate to add to this list but I would add SumoPaint to this list. http://www.sumopaint.com/app/ It is an easy to use free online software that works a lot like photoshop. I use it with both my elementary and my college students. Other then that this is an awesome list thanks for sharing.
