  I'm an administrator at a fairly large (1500 students) international school in Honduras. We have been using DE for just over a year and are now reviewing if the 4000$ / year cost would be better spent elsewhere, like in more bandwidth. I'm in favour of dropping DE and to use instead a free (FOSS) programme like MIRO, but I'm looking for a devil's advocate. In the HS, the science department gets the most use out of DE (they all have Smart Boards), the Social Studies gets some; the other departments get little to none. What would I be losing if I drop DE in favour of MIRO?
