    补充，
    1、使用Diigolet插件也可以public。
    2、好友有4人。

    Fix 了这个bug. 你在FF 中，可以Sign out 再Sign in, 应该就可以了。

    页面右击-》"add a floating sticky note "只有private，没有public"功能，点击工具栏的"View and add comments"是可以回复他人的。

    　　1. FF 3 中，Sign out 再Sign in, 还是不行
