  One of many greatest things about visiting San Francisco may be the close proximity to nearby destinations. It is possible to stay in one area while visiting a few. Sometimes only a little trouble may be worth much more convenience later in your trip. The practice portion of the tour lasts about three hours and you can spend three hours in Yosemite. For some it's not worth the inconvenience and for others it is just what the medical practitioner ordered-time to rest and curl up while on your way. That is undoubtedly one of the most complex of the practice tours moving out from San Francisco Bay Area, at-least the tours I'll be discussing.
  
  The 2nd trip would be to wine country. The sweetness of the trips is the undeniable fact that you may enjoy your wine tasting experience minus the worry of that's planning to drive. Everyone else in your party could enjoy the outing similarly. Even more than that nevertheless, is that many organizations have made the train trip itself more the function than the wine tasting. With choices such as 4 course meals and Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre for your satisfaction it is no wonder that this has become a conference of choice for many San Francisco readers. It's well-worth the expense, while this can be a more than moderately pricey choice. You can always lower your expenses elsewhere in San Francisco to produce up for the expenditure.
  
  Roaring Camp Railroads provides two train trips which can be either appealing in vastly different ways. The first is a visit in time. This is probably my favorite. With this journey you go the summit of Bear Mountain while hearing reports of Roaring Camp's history. This practice trip lasts a total of one hour and is a great deal of fun, particularly for any little ones you might have with you. The next presenting by Roaring Camp Railroads may be the Beach Train, that may take one to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. If you have a future or future engineer among your children the round trip from Roaring Camp to Santa Cruz and right back is about three hours and well worth every penny.
  
  Probably the most mysterious of train tours is the Xmas Train Tour from Oakdale. This trip includes Santa, his elves, just a little Xmas wonder, and it is possible to come inside your jimmies. What more might you require? Well, I suppose that depends upon whether you made the list or even the great list. That train ride is magic for everybody that partakes, young and old alike will love the magic that only Christmas brings.
