Linds is suing Pittbull over his popular song Give Me Everything. As you prob know, one of the lines in the song goes, "Give Me Everything" writers Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Pitbull for the latter's rhyme, "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoeing, to keep flowing/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." One of my favorite lines actually. But not exactly a fave of Lohans. Her legal team claims "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."
