Apple Smart TV OS: Mac OS X to drive your television, media center done right - 0 views

  •
Apple TV has turned from a hobby project of Apple to a very solid option with the 2.0 release, but why Apple does not design a whole new TV Operating System? An OS that give you more control of your watching experience, animation between channels, program bookmarks, review sharing, recommendation and On Demand information (weather, transit, wall street) via widgets. Ok, I know that there are channels that provide that kind of information, but you must spend minutes surfing for them and it is not possible to have this information instantly, a widget system can solve it.

Recently reading about the new softwares from Microsoft that challenges Adobe graphic monopoly, Silverlight, which will fight Adobe Flash supremacy providing multiplatform and multibrowser development, and the Expression Studio, which al Silverlight will fight the Graphic Solutions from Adobe, I got to the conclusion that Adobe and Apple should merge and gradually stop making the Windows Version of those populars applications.
