This rooftop restaurant reimagines Aegean minimalism with whitewashed walls, arched doorways, vibrant bougainvillea, and a wood-fired oven at its heart. Designed by TXE Designs, the 3500 sq. ft. space channels the spirit of Santorini while prioritising function, climate-responsiveness, and spatial fluidity.
