ur furniture is made with corrugated cardboard, simple, double and triple groove. First, a frame is created with intertwined cardboard plates which are cut out according to the original design. This is the support frame of the piece, just like it would be the case for a ship. Then, the frame is covered with cardboard that will be "rolled" on its forms to a perfect fit. This technique allows a great freedom in the choice of shapes and materials.
In order to complete the finishing details and the final color of the piece, different types of hand made paper can be used (for instance, Nepal paper made with Lokta fiber), as well as tissue paper applied with a mixture of glue and pigments, or kraft paper, newspaper, etc.
Adding components and materials in the finishing work, will allow to create many different nuances of "sheen".
Finally, the piece of furniture is made waterproof with a varnish.
