    While the U.S. Navy was training dolphins to find mines underwater, one dolphin found a 130 year-old torpedo. It now sits in the Naval Undersea Museum in Keyport, Washington.

    Jonathan Hamilton was found outside a parking garage in Greenville. They suspect he died of blunt force trauma to the head. This is a very sad thing to happen the the Hamilton family. Keep them in your prayers!

    Seven people have been charged for attempting to sell the bladders of an endangered Mexican fish. The Chinese use this fish bladder in order to make a delicacy--- fish bladder soup. yum.

    They have found the man who sent the poisoned letters with ricin in them to the president. He is in hiding right now but the FBI can still get in touch with him.

    It's crazy how this stuff probably happens a lot, but because of the bombing in Boston things like this are becoming more apparent.

Boston bombing suspects planned Times Square blast - 0 views

  • The surviving suspect in the Boston bombings has told investigators he and his brother planned to bomb Times Square,
  • he and his brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, had talked about going to New York to "party.
  • There is no evidence that New York City is currently a target of a terror attack stemming from the Boston bombings, Kelly added. Still, he said that authorities are investigating two visits that the surviving suspect made to New York City last year.

    The two bombers who were involved with the boston bombing were also planning on planting a bomb in Times Square. The brothers planned this while driving in an SUV, but their plans fell apart. The investigator does not believe New York City is currently a target, but they are still investigating.

    At the Smithsonian's National Zoo, they are now using iPads to keep the orangutans occupied. A zookeeper states "... the iPad offers another way to engage their sight, touch, and hearing." These iPads were provided by Apps for Apes, who have apparently already provided these tablets for 12 other zoos.

    Larry Bird's son was arrested after trying to run over his girlfriend...twice. They began arguing and soon he threw his phone at her. After this, he tried to run her over. He is now arrested and clearly, him and his girlfriend are no longer together.

Snowmobiler Caleb Moore dies - 0 views

    Snowmobiler Caleb Moore who was hurt in a snowmobile crash during the X Games, died on Thursday morning. Caleb was attempting a backflip when the skis of his snowmobile caught on the lip of the jump. This sent him flying over the handlebars and the snowmobile then landed on him.

Teacher afraid of kids sues over middle-school job - 0 views

    This teacher worked in a high school for 33 years. In 2009, the school board transferred her to a middle-school where she claimed her phobia of children started to act up. She attempted to sue the school for moving her there.
