Exercise is very important for everyone and especially college students. It not only keeps you healthy, but it actually helps with learning and staying focused. This article states that exercise increases focus and concentration, I wonder if that is completely true.
I chose this article because college can be extremely stressful for students. If a student becomes over stressed, they may be handled with relatively simple counseling and stress-management techniques. I would like to know more about how most of the students handle their stress level.
