So, be it Zotero or photo editing or movie making, I am here to help the students. Could it be done by a kid from IT, probably. But could it be done as well and leave students feeling like they can do anything? Depends on the kid. However, coming from Libraryland and seeing the technology as another tool to bring students success makes me a stronger option.

"If you missed Power Searching with Google a few months ago or were unable to complete the course the first time around, now's your chance to sign up again for our free online course that aims to empower our users with the tools and knowledge to find what they're looking for more quickly and easily.
The community-based course features six 50-minute classes along with interactive activities and the opportunity to hear from search experts and Googlers about how search works. Beginning September 24, you can take the classes over a two-week period, share what you learn with other students in a community forum, and complete the course assessments to earn a certificate of completion.

"Gone are the days of noisy projectors and professors writing with colored markers on white boards at Briar Cliff University.
Touch screens, apps and digital receivers are replacing these outdated teaching tools, as the college seeks to create dynamic classroom interaction between students and faculty by pairing the Apple iPad3 with Apple TV.
Briar Cliff began providing incoming freshmen with Apple iPad tablets in 2011. This school year, the Apple TV, a little black digital media receiver, will make its first appearance on campus in classrooms and dorm lounges.

This is year I decided to introduce writing with the help of my favorite tech tool: Augmented Reality! "
