Head to the Desktop mode by pressing Windows+D or clicking the Desktop tile.Right-click on an open space on the desktop and go to New > Shortcut.In the location field, type shutdown /p and then click Next, then Finish.Right-click on the new shortcut and choose Pin to Start.
If you like, you can also create a reboot tile using shutdown /r /t 0 (zero, not the letter "o" at the end) in step 3.

Favicon (short for favorites icon), also known as a website icon, shortcut icon, url icon, or bookmark icon is a 16x16 pixel square icon associated with a particular website or webpage.

Click the Tab Group button at the far right side of the Tab Strip.
For those of you who like keyboard shortcuts, you can use Command + Shift + ECtrl + Shift + E.
Click on a tab in the group you want to switch to and you'll exit the view and be returned to Firefox. The tab you clicked on will be active and only the tabs in that group will be visible.
The keyboard shortcut, Ctrl + `control + ` allows you to go to the next Tab Group and Ctrl + Shift + `control + shift + ` to the previous Tab Group.
Once you've created your first group, the Tab Group button will be added to the right end of the Tab Strip to give you a one-click way to get back to your groups.
Enter the Tab Groups view by clicking the List All Tabs button at the far right side of the Tab Strip and selecting Tab Groups.
