    1. Shampooing

Brush or comb hair thoroughly to loosen dirt and dead skin cells in the mind. Wet the hair well so that the top as well as the underneath levels are well saturated with water.

Pour about 1 tsp of shampoo in-a little water to get a diluted solution and massage this diluted shampoo gently into the sources with your fingertips, covering the whole of the mind.

With the smooth surface of your hand work that shampoo in to the majority of the hair over the top levels.

Rinse thoroughly with water before wash is entirely washed off.

Repeat the same procedure if necessary.

    2. Training

Wash the hair as directed above as numerous times as desired and wash thoroughly.

Serve approximately. 2-2 1/2 tsps of conditioner in-your hair throughout.

Leave o-n far about five minutes and rinse off completely before the conditioner is com-pletely washed off.

    3. Drying

Remember that wet hair drops upto 20 percent of its elasticity and with it, much of its natural resilience. So treat it as gently as you are able to after washing :

Squeeze out excess water, cover hair loosely in a towel, turban-fashion and press firmly against the head. Do not rub vigorously.

A very important thing you may do is to leave it to dry naturally, when the hair is no more soaking wet.

When using a dryer, capitalize on the control, minimize on the damage : (a) do not begin drying before the hair is three-quarters dry ; (b) do not contain the dryer over one section of the mind for a long time ; (d) do not enable the head to become hot; (d) use a brush gently to encourage the hair in to the style you want; and (e) do not proceed to blow dry on to hair that's already dry.

    4. Brushing and combing

Always wash hair when it is dry because cleaning wet hair cause the ends to split.

Lean your head forward while brushing as this increases the blood supply to the head and stimulates the hair.

Never use a sharp teethed brush o-r the hair may be torn by it apart. Investigate Shaving Brush is a dynamite resource for additional information about how to mull over it.

Great hair needs a brush while thick long hair needs a bigger brush with stiff bristles.

For brushing damp hair, work with a comb where the teeth are widely spaced.

The easiest way to brush out troubles hair (knots) would be to start at the ends and work upwards gradually.
