    At Finn McCool's Bar last Monday night there was a shooting with one person shot and killed. The accused shooter is Derrick Phillips is now behind bars. Also charged are Sunni Pompey, 23, and Kyle Mason, 22. And a fourth suspect, Fahim Allen, was arrested Monday evening.

    A South Korean man was found crucified, it was a reconstruction of the crucifixion of Jesus, with the victim wearing a crown of thorns and dressed only in his underwear. He put nails into the cross first, then drilled holes in his hands and hung himself on the cross, reports said. Police found nails, a hammer, an electric drill and pieces of wood near the body, as well as instructions on how to build a cross, and a note from the victim, reports said. The victim's family confirmed the handwriting was his. The body was found about 10 days after Good Friday, the day Christians believe Jesus was crucified.

    The cockpit voice recorder from an Air France plane that crashed mysteriously nearly two years ago, killing all 228 people on board, has been found. This device will bring the investigation one step closer to knowing the cause.The discovery of the two data recorders may finally explain why the Airbus A330 dropped out of the sky and into the ocean. It took nearly two years to locate the bulk of the wreckage.

    In the Midwest, it has potential of being a "historic flooding". Flooding in Kentucky and Missouri could eclipse records set in 1937. A levee in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, failed on Tuesday. People were asked to evacuate as soon as possible. Whereas in Bell City, Missouri when the levee failed, residence were said to be in no immediate danger.

The third stage is when memory, thinking and behavioral symptoms have become so damaging that the patient's ability to function is hindered.

    On Fort Worth Bridge in Texas, around 4:00 a.m. motor vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler and a red Sedan. The cab of the 18-wheeler was left dangling off of the side of the elevated highway ramp. The driver of the truck was treated for minor injuries. As for the Sedan, it was trapped underneath the truck pinned up against the side of the bridge. The two people in the Sedan appeared to be fine, but still taken to the hospital.
