This site helps to explore the area of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and how it relates to elementary student's understanding of engineering concepts. Students have the opportunity to gain real life experience through the completion of engineering problems. Elementary students will have the ability to see the correlation between engineering principles and their core academic subjects ie history, math, science, and english. Students of all ages are able to see how engineering connects with every aspect of their daily lives.

This is a science update podcast from Thinkfinity.org. It is a great example for our team to incorporate into our virtual library to demontrate a practical use of a computer program to study long-lost cultures of the past through an experiment in virtual archaeology.
