Just ran across this quote again from a Poe story. Damn I love Poe. "We stand upon the brink of a precipice. We peer into the abyss - we grow sick and dizzy. Our first impulse is the shrink away from the danger. But, we were never taught how to use it. This is where I come in. I believe that if you learn how to use your imagination, you can use it to help you achieve anything that you desire; but, it has to be exercised and developed like a muscle which requires lots of hard work. Here; you can come on in; have a seat and forget about reality for a little while. Prepare to use your imagination and go on several journeys. You can achieve anything in your mind's eye. You have no limitations. Join me; as we create a new reality.

A picture is worth a thousand words that could go on into the ethers throughout time. Sometimes things are best seen by the human eye and mere words cannot describe them in their minutest detail. There are times when we try to describe things with words but, really being there; puts it in perspective. And perspective, my friends; is all a matter of due diligence.

The thing that eats at me more than anything else is the person that I think I should be. I would like to think that I'm all high and mighty but, I know that, that's not reality. The reality is that I'm just a human being, struggling to make it just like everybody else. Why does it have to be a struggle? Why can't I just enjoy life? I guess if you are constantly trying to make things better, that something should be a struggle; otherwise, nothing would need to change and everything could stay the same, forever.
