  I used to attend this church in my home that had a silent dress code that didnt allow any long pants to be worn by the women to church. Only gowns and skirts that fell far below the knee. The males only wore shirts and dress pants, o-r suits with a tie. I really liked this church, but I was finding that trying to get ready to go was really hard for me because somehow I could never come up with the proper clothes! I normally never wore dresses that length therefore my selection was difficult sometimes unfortunately, even though I did particularly buy the clothes just to wear to church. Ok Im not really a fashion model or anything, but I just wanted to fit in!
  
  I acknowledge, maybe it looks like not dressing up may somehow be disrespecting the Church and maybe even God himself. I have thought about that, but I really think that there's to become a happy medium somewhere. If youre going to attend a church, it seems right or can I say right to dress in a way that could be pleasing to Jesus. Imagine him sitting in a pew next to you. Wouldnt that basically bring the appropriate clothing matter in to perspective? But my idea is as long as you dress pleasantly and you're there to master the great word-of God, then its what is inside your heart that basically matters.
