  You can use this program to manage multiple social media accounts across multiple platforms, i.e. Facebook, Twitter at the same time. You can personalize your newsfeed to show you just the Facebook wall posts or Twitter mentions. This makes it easy when you have multiple brands that you are managing or if you were using social media for academic purposes the professor or teaching assistant would be able to manage multiple classes through one log in. Similiar to how we can access multiple courses for D2L by one log in and the different courses we are enrolled are listed on our home page. You can assign tasks to users, schedule follow up reminders, or even schedule posts and tweets. Very neat, even though it has gone down a few nodges.
