1.In "The Guide Book For Taking A Life" the rules discussed have alot of grey area. Because the rules partain to taking a life, do you feel that these rules should be made more specific and should have less space to justify breaking or bending them, how and why?
    2. In "System Failure" he discusses how there are certain requirments one must follow and have inorder to recieve health care, and how if one does not comply, their healthcare is then revoked, regardless of how or why they did not comply. Do you feel that these rules and regulations on healthcare are to great, or do you feel that it is necessary to have the many rules that they do have? Why?

I believe that the rules in "The Guidebook for Taking a Life" should be more specific because of the importance of jihad in the extremist organizations, but because of their varying goals, more specific rules will not do much to deter those who believe that their decision to kill is moral and following their faith. Rules are made as to provide a rationale for guiding people's actions, but ultimately they will try to rationalize their choice after making it.

In regards to healthcare, it is interesting that the requirements are so slim because everyone is covered anyways. When immigrants coming over are being treated, regardless of their insurance, it is a huge financial loss. When anyone goes into the emergency room, they are treated. This is paid for by everyone, regardless of financial status.

I feel that the guidelines and rules about taking a life should be better explained because there are many different opinions and feelings about killing people. The jihad feel that killing is morally acceptable and here in america we do not feel it is acceptable and moral.
I feel that the healthcare rules are too steep and are putting money over the citizens welfare. The state should deal with the health concerns before dealing with the bill. Not everyone can afford the same healthcare and not everyone can get the same coverage or help but the poorer people do not deserve to die because they can not afford healthcare.
