  Only certain states matter to super pacs and special interest groups. I can see why they matter and why so much money goes into them. These states are the states that basically determine the winner. This is in the short term, however if these groups really want to see a change they should start thinking long term. If little by little the states that are continuously won by a party, we contested slowly but steadily by the opposition over a period of time these states would be states that might be won by the opposition, but only after a while.
