today ive learned that people just dont go by the law they go by the amendments to. so like if your black and your walking down the streets the police stops you and say your the one who robbed the house on the next street. you dont have no idea what there are talking about. like it says in amendment vI search and arrest warrants. it requires, in most cases, that authorities first obtain a search warrant from a judge.
