PMMA is a kind of non figuration material, with large moisture absorption. We need to do drying before molding. The drying temperature is between 80-90℃ lasted for 2-4hours and the thickness for the material is about 30-40mm. We could dry the PMMA raw material to 0.03% for the water content, and then the dried material could be used for molding.
