During the plastic injection molding in the mold, the plastic flows, there is the air inside plastic molds, if the mould is designed without good air venting, the air will be trapped in the mould which affects the product finishing. Air trap appears in rib part, for example, in some product, the rib is very deep, then the air can not be out when plastic flow. And in some product, the thickness varies much, air traps easily.

Mould assembling, the chair mold assembling must be very carefully, check connect of every mould plate; ejector pin, stripper, eject block or slider should move smooth. 5.
