  Hello folks. I just joined this group.
  I see that there are 23 members, but no conversations have been started.
  We should talk about something. It helps us get to know each other.
  
  So, my preservice teacher friends......
  
  How do you feel about tenure?
  Should a teacher's job be protected because they have served for many years?
  Should there be more requirements for job security?
  
  I have an opinion...do you?
