e.g., I am using blogs in a master's level course as a metacognitive journaling activity (http://etap687.edublogs.org), but am very nterested in what other's are doing and how, and what is known about best practices, research, etc.
any info would be fab.

I'd also suggest looking through the many wikis linked from http://clifmims.wetpaint.com/page/Course+Topics. There are many teachers doing some good things listed on this page.
