Although a lot of them are geared towards elementary schools, there are some great ideas for educators at any level.

This is a great online resource that students can use to create perfect MLA or APA citations. While it doesn't do ALL the work for students (as they'll still have to find and input the source's author, dates etc.), it will create a perfect citation after they've finished.
