Best monitor for MAME - 192 views

  Hello...I'm starting a MAME project and I would like to know what its the best monitor/video card for my money? Price IS an object. I just need to know the correct combination of monitor and card and if I can use any regular card (ATI or NVIDIA) or the ArcadeVGA (15khz) or should I use something higher (31khz)?
