This is just a website about the Boston Marathon but I thought it was a good time to point out our own city, Boston, and how much we have came together this past year to support one another. We are a community.
I figured since I talked about this so much this week I would share what it actually is like and about for people who have not heard about this before.
I think this is a wonderful website for actually giving the youth a voice. Here we read what actual youth said about having a voice in businesses. I think this is a great opportunity for them and also for us to hear what it actually means for them to have a voice.
This is a website that is about the social advocates for youth. This is a place that youth can stay to find advocates that can help them with their dreams and much more.
This is a website that explains to students how to help them with service learning in the community. This talks about each point children need to look at and think about to really get the most out of what they are trying to accomplish.
This link I shared is what I talked about in my reflection it is a Golf Tournament my family has done for the past 20 years in honor of my Aunt and Uncle. We donate all of the money made to several different charities.
I thought this was a great article because it talks about how the impact of libraries really does have on the community. It shows many graphs that really show you exactly how important they may or may not be to some people.
This article is about a family that was in a car accident and only one 7 year old girl survived and the community came together to help this little girl.
This article talks about how many students went out to help Covernor Deval Patrick with Project 351. They set out to many schools and places such as food banks, pine street in and 5 other locations. There were over 400 students from 351 cities that participated in this project to hepl their community.
