  This website to me is a great way to get young folks to participate more and encourage more civic engagement. The site has different volunteer opportunities, fund raisings, and new and clever ways to get people on their feet and helping out. The site even sets people up to get cell phone messages with updates on different volunteer opportunities in their communities.
