It's almost as if we have little means to progress because of two factors: We aren't given avid feedback to imrpove, and some women aren't taking the initiative to request advancement.

It's almost ironic that this used to be the norm for both men and women. Women have fought for so long to gain even this luxury of moving up in the business environment. Because of this, men have long advanced past this image, leaving women behind, still struggling and enduring modern day hardships of making their place in their world.
