EasyFind tool for OSX to better search within files between hard drives, network drives, etc.  Pastors, for example, would appreciate the ability to search within all of the sermons they have ever written.  Just make sure you change the settings to include all files.  It does not index, but searches within all files each time you search.

Your over eager Mac Users may need some pre-coaching before they try to upgrade the OS on their Macs...if you don't manage them.
